Pricing and orders
Displayed rates may be indicative. The final metal rate, taxes, fees, quantity and total payable amount are shown before an order is confirmed. Orders are subject to availability, verification and the applicable transaction terms displayed in the client portal.
Accounts and verification
Customers must provide accurate information, complete required identity checks and keep account credentials secure. GOSIL may restrict activity where necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Custody and redemption
Product-specific custody, allocation, redemption, minimum weight, manufacturing, collection and delivery conditions are disclosed during the relevant transaction. Additional charges may apply to physical redemption or delivery.
